Cancelation / Refund Request
Shopify does not refund the original transaction fees when you issue a refund to a customer, according to Shopify Help Center. While Shopify does not charge an additional fee for processing the refund itself, the initial transaction fee paid when the order was placed is not returned. This is because Shopify Payments incurs costs to process both the original transaction and the refund.
And therefore this fee is generated from the total cost of your transaction and will not be refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
